TORMA SYNTH VT
This is an oil-less cooling lubricant. Mixed with water, it produces a fully transparent solution which can be employed in grinding, polishing and bevelling operations in the glass industry. Besides, though it does not contain nitrate, as many products of this kind do to prevent corrosion, it contains very effective anti-oxidant and antirust agents. These, in addition to its detergent power, and its capacity to keep under control foam and mist, make it a very versatile product, one that can be employed in a variety of operations, particulary in machines that tend to shake considerably and therefore produce foam.
Application
Instructions
Doses vary according to several variables: the type of process, the quality of the emulsion water, the materials, etc.
Insofar as water is concerned, these are the doses recommended (in proportion to the total volume) for water of average hardness and for the following operations:
- Grinding: 3-5%
- Polishing: 3-7%
- Bevelling: 3-7%
How to make a solution
TORMA SYNTH V usually dissolves automatically and disperses in water rapidly, both when the solution is prepared by hand and when it is prepared with the help of a mixer. When it is prepared by hand, follow the golden rule: pour the product into the water (and not the other way around) in order to ensure that the dispersion is even. If it is carried out slowly and making sure to stir regularly, this operation will ensure that the solution is stable and that the properties of this product are preserved.
This product dissolves correctly also when using a mixer, no matter whether this is of the air-jet or of the volumetric kind, provided that calibration and efficiency in the mixer are regularly checked.

The concentration of a solution of TORMA SYNTH V is measured easily both through the chemical and the refractometric methods.

Replacement of the solutions
Both when TORMA SYNTH V is used for the first time and when a new solution replaces an old and spent one, it is advisable to wash and disinfect circuits and tanks carefully.
The Bellini Technical Assistance is at the Customer’s service to assess the quality of the bath that may need to be replaced and to make a professional and need-oriented proposal for its replacement.
Hygiene
As a result of the careful selection of the raw materials and of the health risk assessment tests which are regularly carried out on them, the Bellini cooling lubricants, if used correctly and according to instructions, are safe. It may be useful to recall that a lubricant in use, often for a long period, is vulnerable to attacks from different sorts of pollutants, of chemical origin (hydraulic fluids, greases, metal solutions, paints, passivators, and so on) or of bacterial origin (the hands of the machinists, the pieces being worked on, the industrial water, foundry sands, waste of many kinds, etc.). The properties of TORMA SYNTH V will be heightened if care is taken to minimize these problems and to assess correctly the timing for the replacement of the emulsions.

ADD SI PLUS
It is a clear brown antiscuff compound, used in all heavy machining operations, in particular with high-resistant alloyed steels. It is made of a mixture of inactive components, which create among them a synergic action, in order to improve the superficial finishing and tool life.
It has EP power and a specific greasing power, particularly efficient with pasty materials.
It is particularly indicated as additive with cutting oil of HAROLBIO line.
Application
It can be easily diluted in cutting oils of HAROLBIO line and in mineral oil.
The recommended percentages are:
- 4 – 5 % in heavy operations of AVP, PR 80, etc.
- 5 – 10 % with alloyed and stainless steels
It can be used as it is or with a brush in tapping operations. The best dosage must be determined depending on the different cases of working.

DEOX ECO 1
Industrial degreasing, highly concentrated and with low foam formation tendency, used for iron, cast iron and steel mechanical pieces cleaning, through specific machines for industrial washing of greasy substances, oils, hydrocarbon and derivatives.
DEOX ECO 1 avoids, for some weeks, corrosion and rust formation on the washed pieces. The duration of the protection will depend on: drying, humidity, dust, aggression conditions, etc., which are present in the storage and work space.
A mixture of natural extracts surfactants makes the product easily biodegradable and non- toxic; it is additivated with anti-corrosive agents, which have specific protection of the oxidation on the washed ferrous metals. Thanks to its characteristics, DEOX ECO 1 is recommended when washing with non-toxic and aggressive products is required. The product do not input “VOC” into the environment.
Application
Industrial washing systems: washing machines spray cabins, washing tunnel, ultrasound systems, immersion systems, mechanical industries generally.
The product can be used in washing machines, which work at ≥ 100 bar pressures and at temperatures at 60°C, depending on the dirtiness strength.

DEOX ECO ALL

DET EM PLUS
DET EM PLUS is a water soluble product, containing surface active agents and preservative agents, with a high alkaline reserve.
It is a powerful detergent and cleaner, that helps the removing of sludge and residual in tool machine and centralized systems tanks, where a soluble or emulsifiable metalworkingfluid works.
DET EM PLUS can be easily used and it is convenient, as you don’t have to stop the machine or plants: the cleaning operation is made while they are working.
Application
1. Detergent and cleaning action:
DET EM PLUS is fundamental when you have to substitute a metalworkingfluid, in order to ensure that the fresh emulsion won’t be contaminated by bacterial or fungine flora, that are present in the plant, even after the removal of the exhausted oil.
Before emptying the tank or the centralized plant, at the beginning of the first working shift, add 1,0-2,0% of DET EM PLUS to the emulsion, cleaning very carefully the possible residual and rinse again, if necessary.
2. Preservative action of the emulsion in service
If you want to:
- improve the machines cleaning and the emulsion detergency;
- keep the emulsion intact in view of a rest period;
- improve the odour and the antioxidant protection of the emulsion is sufficient to add 0,5% of DET EM PLUS to the emulsion.

DET EM PLUS/OF
DET EM PLUS is a water soluble solution, containing surface active agents and preservative agents, with a high alkaline reserve.
It is a powerful detergent that helps dirtiness removal, which has been collected in old plants.
DET EM PLUS can be used at 0,5% concentration, when you want to improve emulsion detergency without empty the tanks.

DET F/3
DET F/3 is an antifungal wide spectrum solution, which can be very easily dispersable in aqueous emulsion. It is efficient against a wide spectrum range of fungal organisms, which are commonly present in metalworkingfluid emulsions, in particular:
- Alternaria alternata
- Aspergillus niger.
- Aspergillus versicolor
- Aureobasidium pullulans
- Ceratocystis pilifera
- Cladosporium cladosporiodes
- Cladosporium herbarum
- Penicillium species
DET F/3 distinguishes itself from other antifungal products because not only eliminates spore but also determines shortly the separation of the fungal from the internal surfaces of tanks and pipelines, so that it is necessary to remove it from the filtering equipment.
Application
DET F/3 is quickly efficient not only with emulsion of mineral and semi-synthetic based metalworking fluids, but also with synthetic mineral oil-free metalworking fluids. It is compatible with the most common germicides, usually used in emulsifiable oils for machining operations; its efficiency is not influenced by pH interval of the emulsion in use.
It guarantees a good protection during the time, reducing the necessity of more interventions. It doesn’t spot metals.

DET PH BIOS
DET PH BIOS is a product that works by raising the pH level of the emulsions and water-soluble metalworking fluids, improving antirust power and in particular increasing the bio stability.
Application
It is used when, for different reasons, the pH of a fluid is below the fixed value.
A dosage of 0.1% compared to the emulsion volume, raises the pH of about 0.2 points.
We recommend typical dosage from 0.05 to 0.1%.

DET/BS
DET/BS is a very effective sanitizing micro-biocide, made from a mixture of MIT and BIT, with low odour and biodegradable.
It is free from Chloro Isothiazolinone (CIT) and from Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and it doesn’t contribute to AOX load of the waste water.
It is designed to protect aqueous-based products, in particular oily metalworkingfluid emulsions used in metalworking processes.
It has the following features:
- Excellent biocide properties: MIT and BIT conformation has a synergic effect in a wide rank of micro-organisms, which reduces the necessary quantity of biocides, if compared with the single components use;
- Wide spread efficacy against bacteria, fungi and yeasts, in particular against Pseudomonas spp;
- Excellent system compatibility, compared to pH, temperature and polar compounds presence;
- Elevated stability during time, keeping its biocide effect in the system, above all with alkaline pH.
Application
DET/BS is particularly indicated to sanitize the oily metalworkingfluid emulsions in-use, thanks to its outstanding storage efficacy. It works quickly, removing unpleasant odours.
The intervention dosage ranges between 0,10 to 0,20%. The best usage quantity can be determined in collaboration with our Technical Assistance Service.

DET/MW
DET/MW is a highly efficient and low aromatic sanitizing agent. It is made of a MIT and CIT concentrate mixture, free from Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and is biologically degradable.
It is particularly efficient for preservation and sanitization of emulsified waters of in-use metalworkingfluids.
DET/MW has, even at very low concentration, a wide spectrum efficiciency against baceterial, fungus, molds, yeasts and algae. It doesn’t contribute to AOX load of the emulsifiable water.
Application
DET/MW is used for the preservation of in-use metalworking products. Thanks to its action speed, it is particularly indicated when unpleasant odours occur, above all after long stops.
The commonly used quantity depend on the system and the metalworking fluid type and they are included between 0,005-0,025%. The optimal usage quantity can be determined in collaboration with our Technical Service Assistance.

DET/PH
DET/PH is a product employed to increase the PH value of emulsions and water miscible metalworking fluids. As a result, DET/PH improves anti-wearing power of the fluids and, sometimes, depending on the fluids to which the product should be applied, it improves their cleaning power.
Application
DET/PH is used when the ph-value of a fluid is lower than the established value. It is advisable to use a DET/PH dose of 0,05-0,2% if compared to the total volume of the emulsion (0,5-2 L each 1000 L of emulsion.

DIELECTRIC 90 NO COV
It is a fluid based on highly refined isoparaffin hydrocarbons. It is colourless, odourless, and inert and it does not contain aromatic compounds. It is especially suitable as dielectric fluid or as EDM fluid for plunge spark machining, especially for high-speed operations in stamps of medium or big size and stamps for high pressure die casting.
Features:
- Minimal losses through evaporation thanks to its high distillation point
- Excellent decantation and filterability of metal fines (even using siliceous earth filters), excellent detergency of the erosion area mainly due to the high-fluidity degree of the product. Thanks to these features carbon particles, which usually cause voltaic arches, do not accumulate. In addition, the formation of voltaic arches cause bad surface finishing of the pieces and tool wearing
- High speed of ionization and deionization due to small pauses between an impulse and the other. This reduces time employed to produce stamps, less wearing of both copper or graphite electrodes) resulting in the optimization of the EDM machine performances
- Improvements of the environmental conditions thanks to the fact that the product is colourless and odourless. Moreover, operators have the opportunity to continuously check the machining process
- High thermic conductibility to allow a rapid heat rejection
- Excellent hygienic and environmental compatibility
- Maximum security degree to minimize fire risks due to the particularly high flash point of the product
- Great resistance to oxidation to reduce aging phenomena involving the product and lengthen its charge life
- The product does not contain organic volatile compounds (OVC). Therefore it satisfies the MD n° 44 dd. 16/01/2004 (legislation 1999/13/CE)
Application
The product can be employed both in cold and hot machining process at a maximal temperature of 60 °C for cleaning and degreasing various materials such as plastic materials, texiles and varnished surfaces.

DIELECTRIC PS 100
It is an aliphatic, extremely low viscous, denatured with synthetic esters, no coloured and high-boiling fluid. It is free from aromatics, sulphur, chlorine, phosphorus, toluene, xylene, P.C.B., P.C.T. P.N.A. and benzol. This fluid has a very moderate and pleasant odour and a high flash point, particularly indicated as dielectric into EDM machines.
These below are its main characteristics:
- ideal chemical-physical properties for the working ambient: no odours and vapour and the continuous visibility during the operations:
- it has an excellent decantation and high filtration of scraps: it ensure a quick removal from the cutting area and the cleaning of the machines;
- high thermal conductivity, which allows a quick heat dispersion and an excellent cooling power;
- high flash point, more than 150°C, in order to minimize the fire risk, even with hard roughing workings;
- ideal dielectric properties with a restricted ionization to the working area: it avoids the electric arcs dispersion and in this way it guarantees a greater precision and lower energy consumption;
- very short ionization-deionization times, for high frequencies pulses and so high production rhythms, without short circuit and premature electrodes wear dangers;
- excellent oxidation resistance, for a longer charge.
It is not classified as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC).
Application
Dielectric fluid used for EDM machines, finishing and roughing operations.

OLEOL SR-1
E’ una specialità lubrificante, costituita da una miscela esclusiva di olio minerale altamente selezionato e purificato, acidi grassi, esteri di acidi grassi ed antiossidanti, che formano un liquido oleoso di bassa viscosità, limpido, di colore paglierino molto chiaro e di odore molto moderato.
Applicazione
Viene diffusamente utilizzato con successo da molti anni nella produzione di parti e componenti tecnici, anche molto complessi e di alta precisione, in materiale ceramico.

OLIO VASELINA ENOLOGICO
E’ un olio di vaselina incolore ed inodore rispondente alle esigenze della farmacopea U.S.A., che viene di norma utilizzato come componente nell’industria cosmetica, alimentare e chimica e come olio lubrificante per apparecchiature elettromedicali, ottiche, fotografiche, ecc. Possiede una buona resistenza all’ossidazione ad un elevato punto di infiammabilità.
Applicazione
Olio di vaselina bianco, specialmente utilizzato come olio di base per le preparazioni medicinali.

OLIO VASELINA F.U.
E’ un olio bianco medicinale a base minerale, proveniente da materie prime selezionate ed altamente raffinate, sottoposte a specifici trattamenti per impartire i gradi di purezza richiesti. Questo prodotto è assolutamente incolore, inodore, insapore. Per l’elevato grado di purezza raggiunto, soddisfa i requisiti di idoneità delle più severe norme farmacologiche internazionali, in particolare risponde alla norma della Farmacopea Ufficiale Italiana IX edizione. Dal punto di vista alimentare soddisfa i seguenti paragrafi della più recente edizione della FDA (USA):
- FDA 21 CFR 172.878 (for use in food);
- FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 (with incidental food contact);
- FDA 21 CFR 178.3620 (component of nonfood articles intended for use in contact with food).
Applicazione
E’ idoneo per impieghi ove sia previsto un olio rispondente alle norme di purezza sopra indicate avente viscosità 70 cSt/40°C:
- Cosmetica: – creme, pomate, rossetti, ombretti, brillantina, etc;
- Farmaceutica : – creme, unguenti ed altre specialità (olio di vaselina).
- Enologia: – umettamento e impregnazione dei turaccioli di sughero.
- Alimentare: – oliatura di riso, caffè, frutta secca, etc.
- Industria della gomma: – oli di processo, plastificante.
- Industria della plastica: – oli di processo, plastificante.

PULISALD ECO
E’ un liquido biancastro, inodore, formulato come distaccante antispruzzo ed antiadesivo per saldature. E’ non infiammabile ed esente da composti siliconici. E’ costituito da una miscela acquosa biodegradabile di esteri naturali, poliglicoli, inibitori e passivatori metallici e non contiene nessun componente dichiarato pericoloso per la salute.Viene utilizzato durante le operazioni di saldatura:
- a filo continuo: sia manuale sia automatica (anche mediante robot);
- con elettrodo, per evitare l’adesione degli spruzzi e delle scorie di saldatura.Dopo la saldatura la zona sarà facilmente verniciabile senza problemi e soprattutto senza fenomeni di schivatura.
Applicazione
Si applica tal quale a pennello o meglio a spruzzo sulle zone da saldare e sulle attrezzature vicine; è sufficiente un velo sottile senza eccedere.

PULISALD LIQUIDO
E’ un liquido limpido incolore lubrificante, penetrante, antiadesivo, a base Sintetica, non siliconica, chiaro, limpido, privo di odore, non nocivo, utilizzato come prodotto di pulitura antiaderente in operazioni di stampaggio di materiale plastico e soprattutto in saldatura.Infatti è particolarmente efficace nelle operazioni di saldatura per evitare l’aderenza dello sfrido sulla superficie trattata, senza tuttavia compromettere in alcun modo la qualità della saldatura stessa, che anzi ne risulta migliorata. E’ utilizzato anche nel taglio al laser per migliorare la pulizia e finitura dei pezzi.
Applicazione
- stampaggio materie plastiche;
- pulizia torce di robot di saldatura;
- antiaderente per sfrido di taglio laser.
Può essere applicato a spruzzo, a pennello, o altro

PULISALD-NET
E’ un liquido limpido incolore lubrificante, penetrante, antiadesivo, a base Sintetica, non siliconica, chiaro, limpido, privo di odore, non nocivo, utilizzato come prodotto di pulitura antiaderente in operazioni di stampaggio di materiale plastico e soprattutto in saldatura. Infatti è particolarmente efficace nelle operazioni di saldatura per evitare l’aderenza dello sfrido sulla superficie trattata, senza tuttavia compromettere in alcun modo la qualità della saldatura stessa, che anzi ne risulta migliorata. E’ utilizzato anche nel taglio al laser per migliorare la pulizia e finitura dei pezzi.
Applicazione
- stampaggio materie plastiche;

RAISOL M
It’s a degreasing solvent for industrial purposes, based on a mixture of isoparaffins, denatured with synthetic esters. The product is clear, has a very moderate odour, and is well-tolerated by the operators. It has an excellent degreasing power combined with a good evaporation speed.
The pieces treated with RAISOL M assume a shiny appearance, because of a surface boundary coat, very thin and hydrocarbonic, which also carries out a protective action, even if very mildly. It can also be used in open containers.
Application
It’s recommended for degreasing and cleaning mechanical parts from oily residues, especially when it’s required the use of cloths, sponges or brushes; it can also be used at room temperature by dipping, spraying or shaking.

RAISOL G
RAISOL G is a degreasing solvent for industrial applications; it is made from isoparaffins denatured by synthetic esters. It is a clear, colourless and low smelling liquid, very friendly to workers.
RAISOL G has an excellent degreasing power and a high evaporation rate. Machined pieces degreased by RAISOL G are clear and bright thanks to the presence of a thin protective hydrocarbon film.
RAISOL G can be used in open containers too.
Application
RAISOL G is recommend for degreasing and cleaning of machined pieces, particularly when clothes, sponges or brushes are required.

OLIO VASELINA TECNICA
E’ un olio di vaselina bianco per usi tecnici. E’ ottenuto da una base lubrificante di origine paraffinica preventivamente selezionata e sottoposta a severi processi di raffinazione.
